Lowongan Supply Chain Analyst di PT Intersis Sejahtera Abadi

• Monitor inventory level, reorder quantity, and plan purchasing quantity and frequency.
• Create reports for inventory tracking, warehouse performance and related KPIs.
• Create new initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with multiple divisions to achieve operational excellence.
• Support miscellaneous job-related duties including year-end physical count and audit requests.
• Maintain standards of health and safety (hygiene and security) and equipment’s condition.
• Plan work, assign tasks to team members appropriately and appraise results.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Knowledge of warehouse management and inventory control.
• Hands on experience with warehouse management system and databases.
• Ability to perform warehouse management and inventory control tasks.
• Has excellent leadership skills with ability to manage team, strong communication skills and accomplished problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity in utilizing Google Workspace (Google Form, Sheet, and Docs) preferred.
• Details oriented, motivated, and highly curious personality preferred.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Education minimum D3 all majors.
• At least 2 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
• Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
• Possession of a valid rider's or driver's license.
• Placement in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.
