ECOMMERCE STORE OPERATION

Requirement:

• Min 1 year experience in marketplace (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada & Tiktok)
• Self-motivated, willing to work under pressure.
• Creative, business minded, passionate & responsible
• Good communication, teamwork & presentation skills
• Adobe software skill to design & create banners
• Advanced Microsoft office skills

Job Description:

• Manage official stores in Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada & Tiktok
• Handle liveshopping in the above marketplaces
• Manage customers’ chats, complaints and maintain relationships.
• Follow up pending/damaged packages to couriers.
• Utilizing all marketplaces feature to boost sales.
• Monitor effectiveness of marketing content & tools.
• Ensure targets achieved
• Working with marketplaces’ KAM to prepare, submit, execute & analysed promotional campaign (i.e 12.12 campaign/payday flashsales/etc)
• Working with internal warehouse team to ensure packages delivered from warehouse to customer correctly, on time and as per order & request.
• Find opportunities & grow business by approaching potential brands to add into portfolio.
