A well known Seafood Restaurant in Bintan with 400 seating capacities "The Kelong" at Nirwana Gardens now is seeking following position:

RESTAURANT MANAGER

Job Description :

• Ensuring the daily operations of restaurant and bars are in accordance with the SOP by planning, monitoring and controlling food & beverage operations in restaurant and train staff.

Qualification :

• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Diploma degree in hospitality FB Service subject taken are preferred
• Experience working in a Seafood Restaurant or Seafood restaurant will be preferred
• Minimum 3 years experience in food and beverage service, at least 2 years the position as an Assistant Restaurant Manager
• Have a good knowledge in Excel, Outlook, point of sales system
• Strong leadership, dedicated and able to handle big capacity restaurant, set the standard, training service crew.
• Creative, innovative, and able to work long hours.
• Based at Bintan
