Lowongan Merchandise Manager di PT Semesta Motor Indonesia

Responsibility:

1.   Plan and develop a merchandising strategy starting from price agreements, stock provision, sales plans, to stock distribution to each regional outlet

2.    Ensuring cooperation with vendors/suppliers/distributors to fulfill the stock of each outlet and make decisions in price negotiations, list of items needed up to the terms of the order quantity

3.      Monitoring and managing warehouse stock master data in each outlet area

4.      Create SOPs, monitor and identify the organizational structure of each regional warehouse and outlet partner

5.   Regular report (weekly & mothly) to C-Level to give clear update condition.Clear analysis and data is required.

Requirements:

1.      Maximum age 38 years

2.      S1 education from all majors

3.  At least 3 years experience in retail Merchandiser

4.  Communicative, Confident, disciplined, good analytical thinking, negotiation and problem solver

5.      Good computer skills (Ms.word, excel and power point)

6.      Oriented towards targets and KPIs

7.      Can join soon

8.      Exellent communication in English
