Job Qualification:

1.      Minimum Bachelor Degree

2.      Minimum 2 years' working experience in related field

3.      Understand the bank reconciliation process

4.      Good knowledge and skill using MS Excel

5.      Good verbal and written communication skills

6.      Good analytical and negotiation skills

7.      Excellent interpersonal skill

Responsibilities:

1.      Responsible to manage invoice receivable and delivery process, to ensure all invoice’s documents are recorded in the system and also delivered to customers

2.      Handling Emergency Electricity Token transaction to ensure all payment’s transactions are received by company’s bank account and all transactions documents are completed and recorded in the system

3.      Responsible to handle all OR documents and ensure those documents are completed, recorded in the system and reported to Finance

4.      Handling complain & question regarding financial matter

5.      Responsible to handle A/R and Collection process

6.      Responsible to prepare and submit report for daily token transaction, bank BCA reconciliation, emergency electricity token transaction from engineering to finance head quarter within timely manner
