Lowongan Marketing Team Manager di PT Coway International Indonesia

Job Duty :

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports the company's business goals and targets the right customers through a variety of channels that enable the sales organization to sell effectively.

2. Planning and operating affiliate programs to enhance customer benefits, increase internal customer welfare, and create new business models

3. Leads and manages the marketing team and provides guidance, mentoring and support to ensure the team's success in marketing planning and campaign execution.

4. Directs the creation and execution of all marketing materials, including print and digital advertisements, brochures, email campaigns, and social media content.

5. Formulate product planning and promotional strategies based on market, product and consumer research.

6. Manages the company's online presence, including website design and content, SEO and social media channels.

7. Work closely with our sales tear to develop effective marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and sales growth

8. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation

9. Make sure marketing efforts align with company's brand and message and that all content and materials adhere to company standards and guidelines.

10. Manage marketing budget and allocate resources to maximize the effectiveness of your marketing campaigns and programs

Job Requirement :

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Communications, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role.

3. Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

4. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve business objectives.

5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

6. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.

7. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform marketing decisions

8. Experience in the insurance & home/electronic appliance industry is a plus.
