Requirements:

  • Minimal education bachelor marketing, business, management/economy or other related fields.
  • Having at least 2 years experiences in sales, product management, business development, B2B or other relevant experiences.
  • Having connection with FMCG Brands, like beauty, health brands, etc.
  • Experience in building and growing sales and solutions team.
  • Having strong capability in planning, strategizing, execution skill and entrepreneurial desire.
  • Having strong relationships with customers or partners.
  • Demonstrate track records of sales target.
  • Good customer service skills and a strong understanding of their company’s products and services.
  • Excellent in negotiations.
  • Having ability to present to customers.
  • A team player with strong leadership and communication skill.
  • Willing to travel if need to meet and discuss with stakeholder/client/etc.
  • Working placement in South Jakarta

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving revenue and Gross Profit objective.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, customers, partnerships, products and services.
  • Being team leader in giving motivation, training, and leadership of the sales team to achieve the sales goals and company goal to team members.
  • Collaborate with the vendors to plan, develop and execute the business plan.
  • Communicate and contact new potential clients to seeking information of company product.
  • Demonstrate ability to build and maintain executive level relationships with partners, marketplace, vendors.
  • Planning and developing marketing plan to achieve demand.
  • Think and work strategically to develop and improve the business plan.
  • Meet with customers/clients to discuss and offer of company service.
  • Understand the customers’ needs and be able to respond effectively.
  • Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise team to resolve the issue arise.
  • Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.
