Job Summary :

• Responsible for planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation of plant processing and maintenance costs.
• Responsible for the achievement of targets and product quality.
• Responsible for carrying out factory procedures and standards in accordance with work principles and standards for sustainable Palm Oil certification.
• Ensure the implementation of TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance) according to SOP standards.
• Responsible for making cost analysis and cost efficiency improvement strategies.
• Ensure that all mill activities always run in accordance with the standardization of Palm Oil certification (ISPO/RSPO), especially in the aspects of Manpower, Environment, and K3.
• Responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and controlling all factory operational activities, both technical and non-technical.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum education S1 Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experiences as Manager of Palm Oil Mill or at least 8 years experiences as an Assistant Manager of Palm Oil Mill.
• Understand the entire processing process at the Palm Oil Mill.
• Other skills: computer literacy, fluent English both oral and written, good communication and observation, analytical thinking, problem solving and teamwork.
•  Willing to be placed in operational locations in South Sumatra (Lubuk Linggau).
