• Manage the entire Accounting process including Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue
• Monitoring and evaluating Monthly financial reports
• Reviewing the realization of the company’s work periodically
• Controlling and Monitoring the operational expenses
• Designing Accounting Policies, business processes and Internal Controls as well as SOPs
• Coordinating and evaluating financial policies
• Provide recommendation on potential financial risk and report to the management
• Coordinate and give direction for making Budgets, Financial Forecast, and analysis of variances
• Paying attention to the emerging financial issues
• Build a good relationship with banks and financial institutions

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• Proven experience in the same position at least 3 years
• Maximal age 35 years old
• Experience of working at manufactured company
• Having knowledge/experienced using ERP accounting software
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented person
• Advanced Microsoft Excell Skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
• Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
• Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners
• Excellent business judgement, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tool
