• Support ideation and development of value propositions that attracts customers to use JobStreet Express, which includes an in-depth understanding of the industry, market research, competitor trends, market requirements and penetration strategies
• Measure, monitor, track, and report growth targets
• Support, and at times lead, growth-hacking initiatives in key functional areas (e.g., Product, Sales & Operations)
• Design, create and maintain dashboards to monitor performance and projects
• Communicate clear data, analysis, and actionable insights to support key decisions
• Assist in ideation, development and execution of experiments / commercialization of new value, customer journeys and products, in collaboration with Marketing, Product, Business Development, GTM, and Country teams, to ensure end-to-end success
• Ideate, size and support execution of strategies across the customer lifecycle, i.e. acquisition, retention, upsell and win-back to achieve growth in focused segments
• Build business models to identify, assess and build support for revenue opportunities
• Contribute to our understanding of “how we win” in the long term and ensuring our growth is sustainable and improves our competitive position

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, strategy, data science, or research-related roles
• Minimum an undergraduate degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL, ETL knowledge, and AWS Athena
• Adept at cohort and segmentation analysis
• Proficient in Tableau (Desktop & Server) or similar Business Intelligence tool (e.g., Power BI, Periscope)
• Experience with Web Analytics (Omniture, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, A/B testing, etc.) is an advantage
• Experience with Databricks (supports SQL, Python, R, Scala, etc.) is an advantage
• Strategic thinking – always has in mind the “big picture” and ability to translate strategies into targeted initiatives and actions
• Passion for digital marketplaces and products – experience, familiarity and interest with online business and digital technology
• Analytical and results oriented - structured thinker who places emphasis on data-driven decision-making, comfortable dealing with large volume of data to derive insights
• Independent – Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
