Job Descriptions :

1. Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements
2. Assist work units in the training process, design policies and user requirements as needed
3. Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
4. Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team​.
5. Implementing and testing of solutions​.
6. Supporting business transition and helping to establish change.

Job Requirements :

1. Having knowledge and experience in accounting, investment and insurance
2. Have experience as a Business Analyst / System Analyst for at least 3 years in a software house and/or financial industry(preferable)
3. Have excellent skills in analyzing system/application requirements, solving problems systematically, and providing relevant solutions related to system/application requirements
4. Have the ability to make modeling and document business requirements
5. Able communicate verbally and nonverbally well
6. Have extensive knowledge related IT
7. Able to work in a team
