Lowongan Procurement Executive di PT Putragaya Wahana

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to monitor ordered PO done by the procurement team, delivered (or not) materials and installation progress
• Coordination delivery schedule to the supplier and the PIC's on site to avoid miscommunication
• Checking on the delivery order with the purchase order created
• Prepare and update purchase order list delivery status
• Working together with project control team on the delivery of material purchased by LOA or PO done by project control team
• Create and maintain good relationships with supplier
• Work with team members and procurement manager to complete duties as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a procurement officer/inventory or related position
• Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels
• Goal-oriented, organized team player
