Job Description :

• Develop and managing customer accounts to achieve sales growth with excellence distribution.
• Assist Head of Business Development to execute sales strategy, sales plan, and achieve company target & business objective.
• 80% time spend in field ; coaching, monitoring, training, implementing visual merchandising and developing salon personals to ensure operational excellence.
• Develop the assigned area in term of penetration, value/volume transaction per salon doors.
• Adapt and develop a clear business strategy to achieve daily / monthly / yearly goals and effectively implementation this to the field.
• Build a trained and educated salon accounts capable of providing the best consumer experience to end users.
• Develop and maintain retailer professional salons relationships with key contacts as well as business operations.
• The drive and ability to achieve retail and net sales targets and have the spirit of never give up.
• Analyse growth market based on productivity targets, trends and opportunities.
• Able to provide the required data and information as well as to analyse them for further improvement.
• Great communication skill to convey message well to customers without compromising the company/brands image; good problem solving skill is a must.
• Consistency in doing daily activities, adding daily achievements to achieve monthly goals.

Job Requirement :

1. Bachelor's Degree in any fields.
2. Technical Competency : Strong in field sales, Leadership, Communication.
3. Language Competency:  English / Mandarin proficiency will be prioritized.
4. Experience : minimum 2 years in distribution as Staff/SPV level.
5. Preferable from beauty, cosmetic industry or from FMCG with multi distributor operating model.
6. Proven track record in driving sales growth and distributor team.
7. High computer literacy : PowerPoint, Words and advance skill in Excel.
8. Placement : Jakarta
