Role and Responsibility: ️

1. Design robot scripts and flow

2. Assist to complete the robot configuration

3. Complete the robot test and ensure the robots are correct

4. Complete robot effect analysis

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 1-3 years of relevant industry experience

2. Experienced of product operations in the technology industry, be able to grasp Internet-related products and platforms

3. [Must have] Call center background（prefer telemarketing or collection)

4. Excellent communication skill (verbal & written)

5. Good learning skills

6. Language requirement: Bahasa and English/Mandarin
