Descriptions
You will act as a regional marketing champion who owns the relationship between central marketing, regional sales, customers and channel business for South Asia. It will actively involve managing budgets, sales and critical partner marketing strategy and planning meetings alongside the channel sales team.
- Regional Field Marketing (Channel and Direct Customers) across Indonesia & India.
- Developing and implementing an effective umbrella marketing strategy and tactical marketing plan of activities for the region in alignment with the priorities of key sales stakeholders in support of overall business results.
- Developing the marketing budget, rolling-up programs and providing concise reports that outline how the marketing initiatives - are executed against budgets and for MDF and Field Marketing LED campaigns and can generate ROI.
- Driving cohesiveness within field marketing (channel partners and direct customers).
- Manage regional product launch and GTM across the region for partners.
- A complete understanding and communication of business drivers for sales, customers and partners, including competitive, market, business and financial information.
- ROI measurements and recommendations for change (if needed) to drive growth in the country or region.
- Effectively communicate with internal teams, suppliers, customers and channel partners and report directly to senior management.
- Manage in-country product launches with product & solutions Marketing Managers, Sales Team and Digital Marketing group to support significant regional deals, as well as managing leads, translation and website and collateral localization.
- Development and delivery of face-to-face events and webinars and support preparing and sending other channel communications, as needed.
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns and annual marketing plans driving ROI and outcomes with partners.
- Managing and dispositioning leads to sales/partners.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Marketing qualification required.
- Deep understanding of Channel and/or Field focused Marketing requirements.
- Knowledge of services or enterprise marketing, based on industry experience focusing on business-to-business marketingÂ
- Demonstrable project management/Budget Management.
- Marketing communications experience, including events management.
- Demonstrated regional and international experience interacting with distributors and resellers, identifying channel needs and aligning these with business strategy.
- Strong time management and organisational skillsÂ
- Agency or vendor management.
- Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Business English and Bahasa.
