About the job

The primary focus of the role will be responsible for selling Alfa Laval products and services within the assigned area of responsibility and providing direct support to customers, including technical quotations and support (including sizing & selection). This role will also be responsible for order processing and all other administrative needs, for assigned sales area and for the rest of the sales team.

  • Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval Product.
  • Analyze and understand market insights and the customers buying behavior and make sales plans according to the business division strategy and targets, by working closely with experienced sales or sales team leader
  • Provide direct support to customer during the quotation process with technical support (including sizing & selection)
  • Develop technical and value quotes reflecting the customer needs stressing the unique selling points and actively follow up to understand if the proposed value, is matching the customer needs.
  • Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions.

What You Know

  • Relevant Diploma or Degree in Engineering
  • 2 - 7 years’ of working experience in related industries
  • Good communication skills, professionalism and organized with attention to details.
  • A team player, as will be supporting other outgoing sales personnel on administrative work.
