Job description & requirements

Product Manager Job Responsibilities: 

Develops products by identifying potential products; generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; developing integration project objective 

Product Manager Job Duties: 

• Drive execution against plan, anticipating risk, and leading discussion via frequent, clear communication, both internally and with partners.
• Coordinates internal and external product launches working with Marketing, Product Trainer, Customer Relation, and Sales teams, and ensure appropriate service levels for the products after launch.
• Analyzing raw data about our customers and able to present them to PO and other stakeholders
• Translate all analytical insights into tactical solutions to improve the product
• Quality assurance (Testing and release support) for of all enhancements and features they have been assigned 
• Collaborate with the working-group (designers, engineers, researchers, trainers, and ops) to implement or creating new solution to end user
• Communicate with stakeholders to capture necessary information in order to propose new solution

Product Manager Skills and Qualifications:

Product Management, Basic knowledge of technical programming skills, Understanding the Customer mindset, Product Development, Requirements Analysis, Planning, Competitive Analysis, Project Planning, Tech Stack, Prioritization Framework, Pricing and Revenue Modelling, Success Metrics, Analytics Tools

Requirements :

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Information, Psychology, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or Education Management
• Have an experience in Information Technology, Education, Digital Agency or any B2B Sector
• Strong interest in Education Technology
• Have a 1-3 years experience as a Product, Project Management Intern or Associate Product Manager
• Have a knowledge of project management or product management (Roadmap, Agile, Scrum, Prioritization Framework, Pricing and Revenue Modelling, Market Research, and Success Metrics)
• Have a knowledge about basic programming, SQL and Tech Stack
• Familiar with Google Suite, Google Analytics, Heap, or any analytic tools
• Strong business acumen, be customer focused, team and results-oriented
• Have a knowledge of UI/UX
• Have a cheerful and active personality
