Position Summary:

• Manage all purchasing activity and make purchasing order including supplier sourcing, submit price comparison, create purchase order, tracking order, receive order.
• Manage purchasing administration
• Coordinating with all departments for purchasing process.
• Establish and maintain effective communication and relationships with suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Handling responsibilities relates with Purchasing
• Create and improve the working system to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the company
• Control and do administration work relates with the responsibilities
• Coordinate with other department and give support and solutions to other department
• Contacting and Negotiating with customers or suppliers to reach the best interest for both company and the third party.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree of any field
• Experienced on Purchasing / Procurement work at least 1-2 Year(s).
• Good Communication and Negotiation Skill.
• High integrity, loyal, honest, and trustworthy person.
