Lowongan IT HELPDESK SUPPORT LEAD di PT Bhimasena Power Indonesia

Job Responsibilities:

1.  Supporting a team of IT, and Lead IT Helpdesk team to giving support to all BPI employee especially on Plant Office
2. Serve as the first contact with users who need technical assistance via the phone, email, or direct.
3. Provide tier 1 and tier 2 IT support.
4. Remote troubleshooting and fault finding if issues occur upon initial installation on notebook and smartphone.
5. Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, license software, and hardware faults.
6. Contribute to improving user support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints
7. Participation with research, planning, scoping, implementation and ongoing support for projects.
8. Keep record of problems and the solution into daily task report.
9. Maintain daily performance of computer and equipment supporting systems.
10. Respond to email messages for users seeking assistance.
11. Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
12. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
13. Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
14. Replacing parts for notebook and others hardware as required
15. Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
16. Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Preventive Maintenance Check (Server Room, Network Devices, Printer)
17. Following Safety Standard from HSE BPI to perform all work activities.
18. Responsible for Supporting All System at BPI Plant.

Job Requirements:

a.   Bachelors degree in IT

b.   Experience on handling IT system on previous study or work (minimum 5 years in Power Plant Industry)

c.   Having strong knowledge & skill background in :

• Microsoft Active Directory
• Microsoft 365 (Office and Exchange)
• Power Plant System (Osisoft PI, E3 Nisoft Permit to Work)
• Plant Area Communication (LAN, Fiber Optic, Wireless, and Radio)
• Operation Network (OT) and Informatic Technology (IT) Integration
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

d. Preferably good command in English both verbal and written

e. Willing to be placed in Batang Regency, Central Java
