Qualification

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree of accounting or finance.

CA holder is a plus.

Strong leadership and excellent problem-solving skills.

Fluent in English (both Oral and Written).

Have a minimum 8 year experience or 4 year as Finance and Accounting manager and experience in Manufacturing Company is an advantage.

Must have integrity, honesty and target oriented individual.

Good communication skill and analytical thinking.

Responsibility

Prepare accounting report.

Plan, control, and review staffs work and ensure that policy and procedures are performed correctly.

Perform cost control within the Company.

Review finance & accounting policy and procedure.

Manage daily operation in finance and accounting department.

Perform routine inventory control/stock take.

Maintain daily finance and accounting operational.

Monitor the Companys financial position by monitoring revenue and expenses, evaluate financial data and prepare any cash flow report by request of the management.

Prepare yearly budget, support external audit report, manage cash flow.

Identify training needed by the Finance and Accounting department and undertake performance appraisals
