Job Description

1. Create business strategic concept based on analyses of market trends & customer needs
2. Make reports and long-term Marketing work plans, organize them to be carried out and review the achievement of work results
3. Optimizing our product, services of internet & IT products and preparing forecast.
4. Evaluating and optimizing marketing & pricing strategies.
5. Responsible in product development & sales process.
6. Develop appropriate approach for building market community.
7. Supervise the general activities of Marketing team
8. Evaluate and improve Marketing performance

Qualification

1. 3 years proven experiences applying growth marketing hacking strategies preferably as a Supervisor.
2. Comfortable working in agile culture, innovative thinking environment and having entrepreneurial skills.
3. Have a strong professional network to achieve business objectives
4. Have deep knowledge & experience in applying growth hacking strategies & concept in Marketing
5. A tested experience in using data and market analytics (SEO, google analytics, etc) to build great product & excellence services
6. Competency in Microsoft Office, Business Management, Team Building Skills and Presentation Skills
7. Fluent in English
8. Superb leadership, effective interpersonal communication, collaboration abilities, strong analytical, creativity and problem solving.
9. Immediately available and ready to be stationed in karawang
