Requirement :

• Min S1 Education
• Attractive appearance & Maximum age of 30 years
• Have experience in the field of Purchasing at least 2 years
• Able to speak English both spoken and written
• Able to speak Mandarin (preferably)
• Computer literacy: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)
• Have knowledge of procedural import of goods
• Able to communicate well
• Able to work individually or in groups
• Be Careful, Responsible and Can work under pressure
• Have good analytical and negotiation skills
• Get to work as soon as immediately
• Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta

Job Description:

• Coordinate the purchase /procurement of goods and services needed
• Looking for goods/materials and services needed
• Negotiate prices, features, services, time, obtained from suppliers
• Create an order document /Purchase Order (PO) and distribute it to vendors
• Monitor & ensuring the delivery of goods on time
• Ensuring the quality of goods and services in accordance with user requests
• Create a neat purchase documentation
• Coordinate with the financial section for the payment of goods /services
