Qualifications :

1. Minimum education S1 Civil Engineering;
2. Maximum age of 40 years;
3. Have a minimum of 5 years experience in the field of property projects and specifically a minimum of 2years experience at the managerial level;
4. Have the ability to read engineering plans for the development of residential areas and ensure theirimplementation;
5. Have the ability to properly organize the work of the Planning Development Departement team;
6. Have the ability to operate Auto CAD and other engineering applications;
7. Able to communicate well;
8. Have the ability to work quickly, precisely, accurately and based on data, both work carried out alone or bya team;
9. Have high loyalty, be honest, have good integrity and be result oriented.

Job Description :

1. Responsible for organizing all the work of the Planning Development Department team;
2. Responsible for development/construction planning in accordance with the plan;
3. Responsible for the availability of construction workers (foreman/contractor), materials and others supporting matters;
4. Communicating and coordinating with the Construction team in supervising and ensuring the constructionwork process is in accordance with predetermined specifications/standards and is built and completed ontime.
