Lowongan Collection Staff di PT Ged Lintas Indonesia

1. Engage with different B2B counterparties across different geographies through their prefered channel, i.e. phone calls, email etc.
2. Provide excellent customer service regarding collection or payment issues by providing all requiresite information needed to make payments in a timely manner.
3. Maintain accurate records and notes of collection activity in systems including client feedback, proposed payment dates and amount.
4. Perform AR reconciliation to be confirmed and adjust as financial report.
5. Ensure the invoice is correct and preparing daily outstanding balance on daily base.
6. Crosscheck the invoices to ensure all project are billed and monitor unbilled aging report.
7. Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress.
8. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirement :

1. Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Bussiness/Finance.
2. Minimum 2 years working in Finance/ Collection/AR Department.
3. Excellent interpersonal, communication and must be able to communicate with customers tactically and diplomatically.
4. Abiliity to make high volume outreach efforts through collection calls, emails etc and obtain positive results.
5. Must be target oriented and should be able to work under pressure.
6. Willing to be work at our Head Office in Tebet, South Jakarta
