Job Description

• Manage and monitor the overall screen installation process from surveying the building & installation point, internal coordination with Building Management, creating the mechanical drawing, managing the scheduling for installation, and installation process to ensure all TMN screens are installed and operate according to applicable standards and completed on schedule.
• Receiving dismantle requests from Resource Management and executing the dismantle process from the arranged schedule with Building Management, preparing any supporting equipment, and reporting the result to the Operation and Resource Management team.
• Work with warehouse & supply chain to calculate and prepare material needs to fulfill monthly stock and avoid running out of stock.
• Directing the engineering team consisting of field teams, repair teams, and admin to ensure the team works according to established health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Actively build a strong team and be involved in field operations.
• Proactively providing reports and updates about the ongoing project to Operation, Resource Management, and Resource Development teams.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering, civil engineering, or any related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in project management or relevant field.
• Basic level of English.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of HSE, having certification would be a plus.
• Familiar with construction design, decoration materials, and mechanical installation drawings.
• Problem solver, data-driven, fast learner and a quick thinker.
