• Manage the entire Accounting process including Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenues
• Monitor and evaluate monthly financial reports
• Monitor and ensure AR billing process, collection, and follow up on overdue invoices
• Control and Monitor operational costs
• Design accounting policies, business processes and internal controls and SOPs
• Coordinate and evaluate financial policies
• Provide recommendations on potential financial risks and report them to management
• Coordinate and provide direction in the preparation of Budgets, Financial Forecasts, and variance analysis
• Pay attention to emerging financial issues
• Build good relationships with banks and financial institutions

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• Proven experience in the same position at least 3 years
• Maximal age 35 years old
• Experience of working at manufactured company
• Having knowledge/experienced using ERP accounting software
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented person
• Advanced Microsoft Excell Skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
• Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
• Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners
• Excellent business judgement, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tool
