What you will be responsible for:

• Write code as the technical lead and eventually direct your development team.
• Together with the CEO, you will shape the company’s executive team and help drive its strategy.
• Build a product that includes AI, IoT, Mobile, Web, and Machine learning.
• Define, articulate, and execute engineering strategy from launch to scale.
• Lead the team in designing and implementing our technology vision.
• Communicate that technical vision to our technical and non-technical partners and investors.
• Lead the development of the organization as it matures into lean, high-performing agile teams.
• Scale the development teams by finding and hiring the right mix of on-shore and off-shore resources.
• Drive innovation through the use of technology and unique ways of applying it to business problems.

 Required Qualifications:

• Relevant experience leading teams establishing technical direction.
• Experience with full-stack development on both mobile and the web.
• Experience leading and developing remote and distributed teams.
• Think strategically and apply that through to innovative solutions.
• Experience working with artificial intelligence and large data sets to drive insights and business value.

 Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with lean startup build-measure-learn cycle.
• A passion for adding business value.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Hands-on approach, self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to learn quickly (technology, business models, target industries).
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post-Graduate Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably CEO/GM/Director/Senior Manager specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
