Main Responsibility

• Purchase materials in order according to the material requirements from the PMC Plan
• Responsible for material delivery procurement
• Volume and Quality exception or NC Handling to Supplier
• Ensure of the materials arriving in order and on time
• According to the material procurement cycle and market conditions, timely and appropriate inventory procurement materials are used to prevent the risk of material out-of-stock and out-of-stock
• Making sure Order account in order with supplier,making sure accurate of the order plan
• Responsible for following up the timeliness of suppliers issuing tax invoices
• Responsible for negotiating with suppliers on long term and optimizing term
• Responsible for material price entry and continuous update. Establish a material price reduction database to provide a basis for material procurement cost control
• Responsible for material cost analysis and negotiation price reduction, quarterly price reduction, saving the company's procurement costs

• According to the material demand of PMC plan, rationally adjust the material incoming time and reduce material inventory
• The establishment of the basic information of the supplier, and the entry of the unit price of the material after approval
• Collect and sort out purchasing report << Statistical Table of Delivery Time Achievement Rate" and "Statistical Table of Material Price Reduction" to provide a basis for supplier evaluation

• Proficiently execute purchase orders and implement order delivery dates. Can independently complete the follow-up delivery of materials; ensure that the production needs are in place according to quality

Qualification

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics Management or Science and Engineering related majors
• Having good negotiation and communication skills
• Grasp the changing market, and be able to plan countermeasures for the future trend of materials
• Fluent in business English and Mandari communication, both written and spoken
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Purchasing.
• Honest and upright, serious and responsible for the work and full of enthusiasm, have a strong team spirit, strong resistance to pressure and execution.
