Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the market presence and driving revenue growth. They are seeking for a dynamic and results oriented professional with a strong network within the car parts industry and significant experience in B2B2C sales, specifically handling Battery, Oil, Japanese and European Spare parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets.
• Identify and establish strong relationships with car audioshops, retailers, and distributors to promote and distribute products, with a focus on car accessories.
• Prospect and engage new business opportunities to expand the brand's presence in the automotive aftermarket sector specifically in the car parts segment.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute effective promotional activities and campaigns for car parts.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the car accessories market.
• Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent company and build valuable partnerships in the car accessories industry.

Qualifications:

• Max 45 yo.
• Min education S1 in any field.
• Min 6 years experience in Battery, Oil, Japanese and European Spare parts.
• Have the expertise and ability to negotiate ( negotiation skills, Leadership, Presentation, Data Analysis and Problem Solving ).
• Making Weekly Sales Report, Update Weekly Sales Acivity , Checking And Follow Up Shortage Material, Checking/Controling Forecast Customer.Controling Schedule Submit Invoice.
• Able to work in a Team as well as a dynamic environment
• Able to speak English well, both oral and written.
• Honest, responsible, professional and independent.
• Establish relationship and working closely with distributors to develop new targeted accounts in the region
• Work days : Monday - Saturday
