Today, We are seeking a MEP Project Engineer- Commercial Buildings

About MEP Project Engineer- Commercial Buildings:

This position will be a critical role to planning and design in the field of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) practice, including developing policies, standards, inspection procedures, and evaluation tools for MEP concerns along with preparing, reviewing drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.

What you’ll do:

• Generally responsible for implementation and monitoring of all MEP-related works at site as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules
• Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs
• Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions.
• Manages directly and provides engineering and technical support to all the MEP work groups at the site
• Pre-resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems at a site that may arise at any time
• Able to lead site personnel to execute and completion of a job on time at the site
• Responsible for the making progress report and payment form for all MEP subcontractor
• Assist in the testing and commissioning MEP equipment

Minimum Basic Requirements:

• Understanding of MEP Materials, Technical Specifications and Tools
• Solid Experience in ME Projects especially commercial buildings
• Fluent in operating AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Microsoft Office, G Suite
• Able to make Technical Decisions and Coordinate with Other Teams
• Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
• Willing to be placed in Tabanan- Bali
