Job Description:

1. Managing Recruitment and Selection:

•  Preparing job requirements upon user’s request in HO and reviewing RRF in site •  Posting job ads in career websites and reviewing the efficiency of websites •  Reviewing candidates, conducting interview and reviewing psychological test •  Preparing and reporting the result based on test score and salary structure •  Preparing Offering Letter and Employment Agreements •  Conducting NEO (New Employee Orientation) and checking the documents •  Preparing grand design of Recruitment program, the method, tools, plan, targets •  Preparing, reviewing and controlling the guidelines, procedure, work instructions, forms of recruitment selection matters •  Controlling the soft and hard files of all documents and data of recruitment selection matters 

2. Developing and controlling Employee Database (soft and hard): •  Developing HR Database (Head Office and Projects) system and procedure •  Controlling and reporting the data of employees •  Preparing the soft and hard files of employee database 

3. Developing and controlling the Compensation: •  Managing timesheets of whole company employee •  Controlling employee leave and over time •  Planning the work schedule and controlling payment of salary every month •  Developing Salary Structure (Remuneration) •  Preparing PFA and DPD of salary adjustment of HO employee, conducting counseling if any •  Checking ceiling rate, preparing EAMF of site employee •  Checking the management fee breakdown related to salary •  Conducting benchmark to another company and survey of salary •  Preparing, reviewing and controlling the guidelines, procedure, work instructions, forms of compensation matters •  Controlling the soft and hard files of all documents and data of compensation matters 

4. Developing and controlling the Benefit (Insurance & Healthcare reimbursement): •  Updating and reporting the data of BPJS of Health, BPJS of Employment, and JSHK every month •  Controlling the card and the related documents •  Handling the case and claim by coordinating to PIC or AR of BPJS •  Controlling the Health Reimbursement of HO employees 

5. Developing and handling Employee Performance Evaluation (KPI): •  Reviewing and updating the job description and organization structure •  Developing employee performance evaluation procedure (SOP, form, time chart, etc) •  Developing employee performance evaluation items (KBI and KPI) •  Handling employee evaluation periodically and its application •  Reviewing job description of each employee, controlling update and preparing the programs of job analysis •  Reviewing PA (Performance Appraisal) of site employee 

6. Controlling the discipline based on Company Regulation: • Reviewing, updating and registering Company Regulation • Handling the discipline matter and resignation/retirement/mutation etc based on Company Regulation • Handling all external relation matters • Reviewing and preparing EA of all employees • Reviewing, updating, publishing the procedures of work to HO employees • Coordinating with company's lawyer 

7. Developing and conducting Training and Development: •  Updating and reporting training data and needs from employee •  Handling Employee/Family Gathering, counseling, internal office staff training, assessment, kick off, etc •  Developing and conducting employee development program and procedure 

8. Controlling all HR administrative matters: • Controlling the filing and archiving of the CV, EA, Official letters, forms, etc • Reporting to Disnaker and other department 

9. Doing the development of HR programs and evaluations • Doing the HR presentation every 3 months to HOM and PD • Assisting HOM in others development programs of employee such as anniversary, merchandise, birthday of employee, succession project party, etc • Preparing audit on HR matters from Sinotech or another party and doing the audit or management supervision to the site office • Doing the benchmark on HR matters to several related companies 

10. Managing the HRIS (Gadjian.com) • Controlling the data of all employee • Coordinating to CS of Gadjian.com • Controlling the leaves of all employee • Updating, setting the system of company into gadjian.com • Controlling the payroll system

Job Requirement:

□ Good understanding all HR matters include labour law and ISO 9001

□ Good leadership, good communication, good conceptual and analytical thinking, public speaking, coaching, training, problem solving and interpersonal relationship

□ Experience in construction consultant company is an advantage

□ Familiar with 6S concept

□ Good English both oral and written

□ Systematic and detail, initiative and proactive

□ Experience in industrial relations

□ Familiar with psychological assessment tools
