Job Responsibilities

• Manages the talent acquisition process; preparation of job description, sourcing and screening of candidates and arranging and managing interview sessions.
• Develop and reviewing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them accordingly.
• Preparation of payroll; calculation of employee salaries, taxes, superannuation, allowance, leave entitlement and workers compensation payments
• Act as a contact regarding labour legislation issues as well as ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resources federal and state requirements.
• Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records
• Oversee daily operation of HR Department and ensuring complete human resources operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.

Job Requirement

• Candidate should possess a Degree/Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field required.
• Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources Department.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail as well as able to prioritize and delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Thorough knowledge of employment related law and regulations.
