Purpose of the jobTo receive hand over Project from Sales and manage it until delivery to customers and completion of warranty period
Main tasks and responsibilities

Main tasks and responsibilities
- Familiarize himself/herself with services offered by RES, contract terms and condition.
- Thorough planning for the job before the receipt of the unit in our workshop
- Booking new orders in SAP system, job closing in SAP, input time sheets from workshop into SAP
- Issuing PO’s to suppliers
- Prepares monthly billing worksheets.
- Update reports periodically (quality objective, project financial summary, accrued etc.).
- Maintain communication and team works with other departments (RES in the sub region SEA).
- Responsible for monitoring ongoing project-costs and margin
- Updates the superior on project progress including delivery schedules.
- Updates WIP as needed and monitors ongoing cost actual versus quote/ estimate/ budget.
- Assures the report is completed and sent to client within specific time frame
- Perform other related assignment from his superior.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in engineering or in related field
- 5 years work related experience mainly in repairing pump equipment
- Fluent English
- Project management
- Computer literate and Microsoft office
- Team player
- Well organized and structured
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pro-active and self-motivated minset
- Sense of commercial (financial acumen)
- Multi-tasking
