Job Qualification:

• Max. 33 years of age
• Minimum bachelors degree in psychology, Human Resources, or any other related major from a reputable University
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the same job function (FnB or Retail Company are preferred)
• Strong communication & Negotiation skills
• Self-Starter, High Initiative, and Very Motivated.
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills, especially to talk, discuss and negotiate with various culture.
• Advanced Knowledge of effective hiring platforms and process that attract suitable applicants.

Job Description:

• Monitoring and manage end-to-end recruitment processes according to the procedures
• Conduct technical & end-to-end recruitment process for Head Office, Operational and Business needs
• Collaborate with business leaders to define talent strategy, such as critical jobs, talents gaps and how to bridge the gaps
• Develop talent acquisition strategies, hiring plans and attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
• Establish strategic work plan, designing innovative idea to completion recruitments target
• Having the ability to supervise the entire process of fulfilling the need of the employees effectively and efficiently to ensure the availability of the qualified human resources
• Having the ability to implement new sourcing methods followed by researching and choosing job advertising option
