Legal Officer

Qualification:

Bachelor (S1) majoring in Law, or equivalent;

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a company / corporate with related area as Legal Officer / Legal Staff, preferably in Real Estate / Property business;

Actively fluent in English is a must;

Excellent analytical skills in terms of Legal Opinion, Legal Research, Legal Review and strong ability in risk analysis of agreements, contract, MoUs, and other legal documents;

Proven experience in terms of company operating standards related to Law, RUPS, Disputes, negotiations both domestically and internationally;

Excellent interpersonal skills and computer literate (MS Office);

Capable to translate, create, and work bilingually;

Capable of working individually or as a part of a team;

Capable of working under pressure with deadlines and self-motivation;

Maintain accountability, honest, and transparent working results;

Willing to be placed in Kuningan, South Jakarta.
