Lowongan HR Generalist di PT Everseiko Indonesia

Duties and responsibilities:

1. All aspects of recruitment
2. Employee services: personal database, attendance, leave, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan, disciplinary issues, appraisal, review, contract etc
3. Analyze, create, coordinate, communicate and implement business structures, procedures (SOP & KPI), processes, and the utilization of resources.
4. Documenting processes and presenting progress reports to superior and management
5. Daily HR administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Law, Business Administration or equivalent
• Proven experience as Human Resource or relevant role minimum 5 years
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office and email
• Good at meeting deadlines and ability to function well in team-work environment
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (is a plus)
• Domicile in West Jakarta or Tangerang
