Main Purpose of Job

• Marketing Research is primarily responsible to assist Market Research and Development activities in organizing, planning, and implement the research and development of current and new market.
• To assist sales and marketing planning by estimating the market condition

Responsibilities

• Find the new and existing market information
• Use marketing intelligence to learn about competitors
• Summarize and deliver the findings to Management based on market research result
•  Estimate the market demand of BAM based on sales result
• Plan and facilitates meetings with YADIN, YPD and Main Dealer of BAM to gather information about sales estimation in each area.
• Any other duties within the Market Research and Development as assigned by Management

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to express oneself clearly in conversations, interactions and business writing with others. This includes, where applicable, good business level communication skills, negotiation skills, presentation skills.
• Ability to look for and seize profitable business opportunities, and willing to take calculated risks to achieve business goals.
• Ability to identify the elements of a situation or problem and to understand which components are critical, as well as to provide recommendations for resolving and/or completing the task
• Ability to work cooperatively as a team and stay committed together on the task at hand.
• Ability to proactively identify priority tasks, anticipate implications and take appropriate action with minimal supervision.
• Be cost conscious and aware of personal contribution to company profitability.

Knowledge and Experience Required

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing or in relevant fields.
• Related to market research of AGRICULTURE
• 3 years’ experience in marketing research.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Fluency in both spoken and written English will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of marketing research
• Prior experience and knowledge in marketing research or intelligence, especially in agricultural machinery in Indonesia.
