Responsibilities :

1. Work with the marketing department to get understanding of the short term and long term marketing targets and then develop content strategies accordingly.

2. Writing and reviewing content for websites, social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) pages and public communications.

3. Optimize Search Engine Optimization (SEO) driven content and increase the site traffic.

4. Monitor the increase in traffic due to new content and take actions accordingly to improve the traffic metrics.

5. Ensure that the content is compliant with the copyright and data protection laws.

6. Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with the brand history and plans.

7. Update the website, social media and content pages periodically.

8. Excellent at writing, proofreading, and editing.

9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Requirements :

1. Have experience creating strong and engaging content in the related fields.

2. Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok. (have many followers and active on social media account is a plus).

3. Good communication skills both oral and verbal.

4. Able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia, English (Mandarin is a plus).

5. Minimum Bachelor Degree Major in Design, Communication, Public Relation, Marketing.
