Job Description:

• Actively hunt for Import and Export shipments enquiries and provide quotations by email daily
• Processing and data entry into system
• Attend to customer's requirement and enquiries
• Monitoring of shipment status and keep customer update on shipment date
• Liaise with customers for delivery of shipment, collection of cargo and overseas agent for delivery of cargo.
• Coordinate with customers regarding shipments
• Ensure smooth flow of incoming and outgoing shipments

Qualification:

• Candidate must possess Min. Diploma in Transportation/Logistics or equivalent
• Min. 2 year of working experience in related field
• Good communication skill in English
• Good knowledge of International Trade and freight forwarding processes.
• Good team player with ability to work independently
• Able to commit over time as and when required
• Maximum Age : 30 years old
