This HR Specialist position will be responsible for perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks. You will support the HR department in duties like posting job ads, updating HR database and processing employees requests. this position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. If you are passionate about HR policies and procedures and want to help create a nourishing workplace.

Job Description :

·        Maintain employee data into the HR information system database to ensure all employee data are valid and up to date.

• Responsible in Payroll by providing relevant data like absences and leaves.
• Maintaining and ensure legal compliance, and also expatriated documentations (KITAS, RPTKA, etc).
• Responsible for all Relate administration office needed and HR process
• Responsible for company Legal matter
• Recruitment and Staffing Process
•  

Qualification:

·        Fluent In English, both written or speaking is a must.

·        At least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree specially Psychology, Management,or any field.

·        At leat 2 years of HR management experience in either a multinational company or local transportation working environment.

·        Solid practical experience and knowledge of Recruitment process.

• Strong leadership and maturity.
• Excellent people management and leadership skills - in recruitment, training, and development.
• Sound know-how of and experience in the application of HR concepts, processes, and instruments
• Experience in supporting and developing and mapping human resources.
• Conduct recruitment & selection administrative activities for local employees in accordance with the companys needs and policies to support the companys operations.
