Key Accountabilities:

• Annually accommodate manpower planning meetings with all stakeholders
• Monthly monitor KPI deployment
• Weekly meet the stakeholders
• Daily monitor all HR processes in the designated business unit
• Maintain excellent partnership with stakeholders
• Assist stakeholders needs with applicable solutions

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HRBP, business operation and/ or related fields
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree
• Applicative human resource knowledge and organizational skills
• Proactive, team player and good listener
• High adaptability and learning agility to a new environment
• Strong integrity, critical thinking and passion for problem-solving
• Influencing communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English is required
• Data-driven and tech-savvy
• Eagerness to drive and lead changes
• Willing to work in Purwakarta - Jawa Barat
