Lowongan Head Chef / Head of Ops di PT Greenly Lifestyle Indonesia

Job Description:

• Direct reporting to founders
• Responsible for managing all operations activities in the company
• Responsible for the excellent performance of all ops team members 
• Lead the ops team in accordance with the company's vision and mission
• Develop and implement all SOP regarding operational and ensure optimal & effective day-to-day operations
• Responsible for maintaining consistency in product quality, service standard and cost efficiency
• Responsible for the development and implementation of KPI assessment of current members, and training & onboarding processes of new members
• Responsible for continuous process improvement and working towards sales target and cost budgets
• Responsible for all ops-related reporting
• Work with ops team members, supervisors, managers to achieve goal / target set by management team
• Responsible for store planning, liaising with vendors, opening preparation, hiring & training, general administrative, etc

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience as Head Chef / Area Chef in F&B (Restaurant / Café) industry
• Strong managerial and communication skill is a MUST
• Fast learner, nimble, proactive, and detail oriented
• Strong retail F&B management skills in system design, SOP, people management, store planning, training/coaching, and ability to troubleshoot when issues arise
• Strong Leadership , and objective
• Full understanding of restaurants operations, opening new outlet, P&L, costing, handling complaints, training & development, customer relations
• Willing to be placed outside the city
