Lowongan SAP Analyst di PT Maruwai Coal

1. Provide SAP analyst support related to modules to SAP business users.
2. Responsibilities of L1 support SAP Modules.
3. Manage relationship with business users to ensure satisfactory SAP Functional support services .
4. Manage and coordinate resolution of Change Requests that may involve system enhancement, business process, training requests etc.
5. Liaise with external parties to resolve issues where necessary, e.g., SAP consultant or System Implementer.
6. Ensure that the support sap runs smoothly and seamlessly.
7. Record any request, enhancement regarding support SAP.
8. Coordination within IT Department regarding system support and infrastructure if any enhancements in SAP.
9. Assist vendors working at AMC site and ensure they work properly and in accordance to AMC’s safety standards.

Job Qualifications:

1. Graduate from University Majoring in Information Technology / Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Technical School.
2. S1 with minimum 3-year work experience or D3 with minimum 5-year work experience.
3. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in SAP implementation project or 2 full cycle SAP implementation projects.
4. Having experience in SAP Implementation Full Cycle (min 2 cycle).
5. Having good problem-solving skill, analytical and logical thinking.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of employees.
7. Having SAP Certificate (preferable).
8. English fluently (preferable).
