Lowongan NPI ENGINEER di PT Amc Bintan

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma 3 from Electronic/Electric, Mechanic, Physics/Instrument Eelectronic, Other Technic also welcome.
• Good Knowledge in PCBA, Box Build Process and Wire harness process
• Having knowledge in New project build process
• Hands on for improvement methodology
• Familiar with SAP system process
• Good knowledge in Six Sigma, IPC610 and J-std-001
• Fluent in English
• Good leadership and able to manage a team

Job Scope:

• Handle and Lead the New Project Team
• Coordinate and communicate with Project Engineer at overseas to get the new project run smoothly
• Review and comply to all the customer requirement needed.
• Assist the superior on the technical issue that found during New/Transfer product build.
• Manage the team and all the tooling needed for the new/transfer product run
• Come out the KPI and timeline buld for New /Transfer project build
• Calculate and review the process, Cycle Time and Manpower needed before project run.
