Job Description:

• In charge of the GL accounting and Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Liaise with the auditors, manage and drive the internal and Statutory Audit to closure, including the Tax Audits and other ac-hot audit assignments.
• Interact and resolve all the audit queries as and when they may arise though General ledger (including AP/AR review)
• Oversee the processing and payment of vendor invoices and employee claims
•  In charge of the month end closure, complete Fixed Assets, Currency Revaluation, Prepayments and Accruals, as well as Revenue/Cost Accrual based on Percentage of Completion within the timeline of the closing.
• Handle the inter-Company Invoicing and Reconciliation, on a monthly basis
• Be liaise with the tax agent, in charge of Annual Corporate Tax filing, GST filing
• Monitoring team

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and/or Professional Accounting Qualifications.
• Preferably at least 3 years experiences at supervisory level.
• Computer literate (i.e. MS Word, Excel and Power Point).
• SAP experience is a must.
• Understanding banking transaction (payment file, internet banking, banking laws).
• Experiences handling company taxes
• Committed, enthusiastic, proactive, systematic, responsible & organized in work.
• Eager to make change on way of work.
• Good communication skill in English and Bahasa, both speaking and writing.
• Willing to be placed at Factory (Tigaraksa-Tangerang)
