Lowongan Tender Specialist of Drilling and Completion IPM Project di PT Enecal Indonesia

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit tenders for the Drilling and Completion IPM Project in accordance with project requirements and timelines.
• Work closely with the project team to ensure that tender submissions are complete, accurate, and comply with all technical and commercial requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners, and ensure that all communications with them are handled in a professional and timely manner.
• Participate in bid meetings and negotiations, and provide input on technical and commercial matters.
• Ensure that all tender documents and submissions are properly documented and recorded.
• Coordinate with other teams within the company, such as legal and finance, to ensure that all tendering procedures are conducted in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to tendering and procurement.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in preparing and submitting tenders, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• In-depth knowledge of tendering procedures, procurement practices, and contract management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate technical and commercial proposals.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in tendering and procurement software and tools.
