Job Description:

• Capable to Recruit New Agent
• Prepare documentation and administration legal aspect and compliance needs, obey wish rules in company
• Liaise and coordination others Department in order to fulfill request and needs from agents
• Assist and support agent on daily basis
• Join visit or survey with agent to clients
• Conduct regular training
• Meeting and presentation with clients
• Support data to agent, understand rules in agency such as campaign and maintain agent that registered in Company
• Prepare regular report that needed

Requirements:

• Have a good personality, high responsibility, problem solving and decision making, able to work as a team, able to work under pressure
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Having experience minimum of 6 years in Business Development especially in the insurance industry
• Fast Learn and understand for new system
• Good knowledge about General Insurance Product
• Good administration skill
• Capable conduct training and presentation
• Good Communication Verbal
• Able to mobile visit with partner
