Job Desc

1.  Working closely with the telemarketing team on proposals and pitches for business.
2. Attending meetings with business development managers and acting as a technical expert.
3. Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions.
4. Ensuring that the company’s product can deliver on the customer’s requirements.
5.  Replying to customers following requests for information and proposal requests.
6. Presenting proposals to customers alongside of the sales manager.
7. Producing detailed costings for customers and ensuring the contract is profitable.

Requirements:

1. Knowledge in ERP products, such as SAP dan Epicore, etc. 
2. Excellent customer service skills and professional presence.
3. Ability to engage with key stakeholders from a wide range of roles and seniority within a prospect organisation.
4. Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and excellent verbal and written communications skills.
5. Excellent time management and organizational skills
6. Passion to grow with the company & advance into a Senior or Sales position in the future.
