Job Descriptions:

Brand：Lonkoom (Parfum)

Responsible for store operation and management of TikTok shop, and overall business model planning, organization and implementation of operation projects according to the company's strategis objectives;

Coordinate with other Creator, Customer service and Warehouse for better result.

Manage and monitoring daily content and livestream.

Create marketing strategy, sales report, and data analysis.

Creating, testing, and iterating targeted segmented adverts as well as manage day to day social media implementation.

Keep up to date with industry trends, conduct competitor research and anticipate changes in Customer demand patterns.

Monitor online customer feedback and act as liaison with customer to work with or resolve customer or product situations.

Job Requirements:

At least 1 year experiences in operation and management of the TikTok platform;

Tiktok livestream experience are preferred

Experienced or interested with Parfum product and knowledge

Familiar with e-commece operation modes, e-commerce marketing resources, cooperation channels and operation modes, and have high business sensitivity;

Good communication, coordination, analysis and expression skills.

At least Bachelor degree or above, major is not specified;

Fluent in English.

High sense of integrity and commitment.

Willing to work at Sudirman,WFO
