Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structure Engineering
• Having minimum 8 years' experience in Structure Engineer preferably from property developer
• Having experience with various project
• Capable of project management and liaison with other discipline

Responsibilities:

• Leading the structural design for specific parts (or wholes, as needed) of projects and undertaking detailed engineering design of a wide range of buildings
• Liaison with architects and other members of the design team to ensure structural engineering is coordinated with all other disciplines
• Monitoring and reporting on progress toward time and financial goals
• Delivering excellent project work on time and within budget
